The protection of your personal data is of great importance to us. We thus process your data solely in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), TKG 2003). In the following data protection information, we would like to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our organization.

If you contact us by email, telephone, fax, post or in person, we will store the data you provided for at least six months, for the purpose of answering your enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data to third parties without your permission.
Saving data
Data provided by you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information pertaining to your enquiry, are required to answer your enquiry, carry out binding or non-binding measures (e.g. making and sending an offer) and, where necessary, for the later fulfilment of contracts, in particular those relating to the ordering of goods. Without this data we cannot provide you with your requested information or enter into a contract with you. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express permission. The exception is the passing on of necessary information to our trusted service providers, such as:
  • Our tax consultant, for the purpose of carrying out our fiscal obligations
  • Our IT service providers, for example for necessary data security measures (back-ups)
  • Courier or delivery companies after an order has been made in our shop
  • The financial institute or payment service provider responsible for processing and debiting the cost of your purchase
  • Any other service providers or sub-companies necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations.
This is necessary to adhere to legal requirements, fulfil contracts or on the grounds of our legitimate interest in protection. All the service providers mentioned here are also subject to the GDPR.
If no contract results from your enquiry, the data saved by us will be deleted after six months. If a contract is entered into, all data arising from this contractual relationship will be saved until the relevant legal storage period has expired (e.g. guarantee, product liability, fiscal storage period etc.).
Data processing is carried out in compliance with the legal requirements set out in § 96 Para. 3 TKG, as well as Article 6 Para. 1 Letter a (agreement) and/or Letter b (necessary for fulfilling a contract) of the GDPR.
